After graduating college, I was a basketball coach for High School and College for 10 years. Originally Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1982, I established Barrett Realty as a Sole Proprietorship for many years in Louisburg, NC before moving office to Rolesville, NC joining the Raleigh/Wake County Board of Realtors. I obtained my GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and earned CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. I now have locations in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) and The Grand Strand (North Myrtle Beach).
